High-Throughput Purification of Five Over-the-Counter & Prescription Drug Compounds by Reverse-Phase Preparative LC-MS

In this application note, we used the Advion Interchim Scientific puriFlash^® 5.250 to purify five active ingredients found in over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription drugs including caffeine, glafenine, ketoprofen, flavone, and fenofibrate, by a preparative purification workflow. The compounds were then confirmed using the expression^® compact mass spectrometer.
