Sr. PET Radiochemist

Description:
The Senior PET Radiochemist develops,
validates, and/or revises synthetic methods to rapid production of drug
compounds for research and clinical use by using microfluidic technology.
Further responsibilities include ensuring synthetic methods and instrumentation
is suitable for commercial use as a rugged and reliable approach compliant
with GMP and other regulatory guidelines. Develops customized instruments
for synthesis, purification, and analysis. Develops and manages a compliance
strategy for products and processes.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must
have a Ph.D. in chemistry with relevant experience of 10 or more years.
Strong project and personnel management skills are essential. Knowledge
of FDA cGMP and GLP as well as experience with Nuclear Medicine is preferred.
Experience with short lived radioisotopes as well as proper safety and
handling procedures is preferred. This position requires a minimum of
10% travel.
